What began as a late winter walk along our favorite forest trail in Jurmala, turned into one of the most beautiful winter experiences we've ever had. All the winter snow had long since melted and, although there were still some frosty nights and mornings, winter seemed to be behind us this year. Then, unexpectedly, while on this walk, we got our last snowfall of the season. It came down fast and fluffy so that a walk that began in the green forest, ended with a return walk in a white forest. It was remarkable and incredibly beautiful. Thank you Latvia for continuing to fill our spirits.
