Winter Holiday - Days 1 & 2: Return to Tartu

Our goal for this winter holiday: stay in out of the way cabins in the snowy woods while enjoying wood-fired saunas. Our first cabin was in the forests not too far from Polva and Voru in south-eastern Estonia. Cabin? Check. Snow? Check. Forested location? Check. Sauna? Check.  A day trip to Tartu on the second day gave us a taste of the culture but, for the most part, it was great to be trapped in the warm cabin while the snow fell outside our windows.
