Our two "big" city stops on this winter holiday were the cities of Rakvere and Tallinn. Sure, Tallinn is the capital, but it's really a pretty small city and Rakvere is a city with three main streets. These are not exactly throbbing metropolises. Still, we were able to get a good museum and food fix while in this region...
