Our road trip plans center mostly around Norway -- it's mountains and fjords calling us -- but there are places in Sweden we were really looking forward to along the way. Today, we began with the historic and thriving university town near Stockholm first. Uppsala is a beautiful place with a great energy. From there, we took a long drive, more than half the width of Sweden, via Orebro to Lacko Slott which made a perfect sunset stop and place to sleep for the night.
