Lake Ediza

Eight years ago, I saw my first photo of California's High Sierra mountains. The photo was of Lake Ediza with the granite crags known as the Minarets above it. The photo was spectacular. I had never known that mountains such as these could be found in California. Eight years later, I know a lot more about the Sierra and have visited some beautiful places. Now, following another sunrise hike, 11.5 long miles, I can add Lake Ediza to that list.
