Five Turning Five!

Last year, to celebrate Rai's 4th birthday, we teamed up with 3 other families to make the organizing of the birthday party a more manageable affair. This year, we decided to continue that trend. Now, we had 5 turning 5 and the combined efforts of five families brought the kids of Phoebe Hearst Preschool the ultimate birthday party. A great time was had by all and the entertainer, Jungle Joe, was as big a hit with the kids as we have ever seen. Actually, we've never seen a room of four to seven year olds as engaged as they were for his puppet and magic show. Another day, another very memorable event. Rai will remember his fifth birthday for a long, long time to come (as will Maggie, Penelope, Olivia, and Zara) !
