Find the one you love and hold on to them... forever. Yesterday, we reached 10 years into our journey
towards forever. Thanks to the Chinese New Year holiday and Grandma and Grandpa, we had the entire day to celebrate -- reminiscing about the incredible 10 years we've had so far and the even better years to come. We began with breakfast at the HRD Cafe (kimchi burritos, anyone?) followed by an hour at our favorite Finnish Sauna in Albany. Then across the Richmond Bridge to Muir Beach where we hiked the Owl Trail from the Muir Beach
Overlook to Slide Ranch. We saw the sun set at the beach, then drove up the hill to the historic and overwhelmingly atmospheric Pelican Inn, an English tavern literally sailed across the Atlantic more than a century ago and dropped down in the Marin countryside. Once we were able to peel ourselves off of the bench by the giant fireplace, we drove back to the city for dessert, a city view from the top of Twin Peaks, and a late movie right across the street from City Hall where we were married 10 years ago. Did you count 10 stops along the way? I think I did!
