Two weeks can be a long time or a short time. In this case, it was short. Our two wonderful weeks with Bart, Kristin, Cole, and baby Kate went by way too quickly. At the airport, Rai and Ko found the escalator to be a good distraction from the sad goodbyes that had to be said. The day after they were gone, Rai couldn't stop asking, "Where's Cole?" and, each time, Ko would add, "Where's baby Kate?" We miss them already but are so grateful for the amazing two weeks we had together.
