How they do it? We don't know. Yet, somehow, Grandma and Grandpa were able to make it all the way to Latvia for the third time in just 4 years. On this visit, unfortunately, just days after their arrival, the four of us were diagnosed with Covid. This meant brief visits during which Grandma and Grandpa chatted with us through our dining room window or socially distanced walks in the forest with the boys. Although, thankfully, we all recovered relatively quickly, we had to quarantine for some time and, to keep Grandma and Grandpa safe, we really lost about 3 weeks of their time here. As a result, despite 4.5 weeks here, we can almost count all the times we came together on one hand...
