Neighbors

It has been a long time since we have felt a strong connection to our neighbors. As we've moved around San Fransciso and, now, around the world, we haven't lived somewhere long enough to connect or we haven't had the opportunity to share experiences with many of our neighbors. Since October of this year, our friend from work, Linda, and her daughter have lived in the last unit of our building. Over this relatively short time, we have developed a strong friendship and our two families have become nearly inseparable during a long year of isolation. This year would have been very different without them in our lives.
