Jelgava Ice Festival

South of Riga is the large city of Jelgava which hosts an ice sculpting festival each year. Although the temperatures have been rising, the festival was still on and we were excited to make the short trip to enjoy the show. The sculptures were amazing and the atmosphere lively. It was great to celebrate the ice and snow rather than resent it. Great fun!
