On Day 4, we entered the Margaret River region, the destination of choice for most visitors to Perth, and locals too! It's a beautiful land caught between hills and forests to the east and a rugged, beautiful coast to the west. The limestone coast, with its amazing white sand beaches stretches from Cape Naturaliste in the north to Cape Leeuwin in the south. With some of Australia's best surfing on the water, one it's newest but best wine regions in the middle, and lots of caves and old growth forests to explore, this is rightfully the tourist destination for visitors to southwest Australia. On this first day we barely moved beyond the northern tip where we stopped at beach after beach (Meelup Beach, Bunker Bay, Yallingup Beach and the amazing Injidup Beach), crawled through Ngilgi Caves, and even got in 18 holes of mini-golf!
